Ankle pain, most often the result of a sprained ankle or ankle strain, can vary depending on the degree of damage to the ligaments and other soft tissue. Often swelling and bruising accompany ankle pain.
Elbow pain is usually described as a tenderness or weakness of the elbow joint, and is felt most often when extending the arm or bending the arm. Tingling and numbness may also be experienced.
Headaches and migraines are characterized by a dull, ongoing pain behind the eyes, around the temples, or at the base of the neck. These symptoms often occur alongside neck pain and stiffness.
Hip and pelvic pain is frequently experienced in conjunction with lower back and lumbar discomfort, as the symptoms tend to travel throughout the lower body, pelvic area, and upper thighs.

Shoulder pain includes large variety of disorders that can range from a intraarticular, soft tissue (muscle, tendon, lab rum, and ligament), and nerve. The etiology can be traumatic, idiopathic, degenerative and overuse syndrome.
Hand pain and wrist pain are very often caused by work or leisure activities that require duplicated fine motor movements such as typing, hammering, sewing, or painting.
