From Delia, at the front desk, who is helpful and very competent, to Tessa who is a very well trained and gifted physical therapist, this is a place I would recommend to anyone in need of PT. While the place is small and not loaded with machines, the staff compensates for lacking a hi tech look and impressive gym. My work with Tessa was most helpful. She is clearly a pro with a lot of experience.
She worked on my injured rotator cuff and gave me helpful exercises to do at home. I would return should this be necessary in the future.

Massage Therapy
I initially stumbled upon Gramercy after retriggering my lower back injury that I had been battling for 10+ years. I had been to many physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists to deal with my back pain and I was looking for a quick fix this time without much faith that they would help me long term. However, after the first session with Tessa, who carefully assessed me and provided immediate relief of pain, I decided to commit long term to my healing journey with Gramercy PT. Tessa was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable throughout our sessions. Delia made sure that all insurance related things were taken care of. After 5 months of working together, I can confidently say I am mostly free of pain - but more importantly, I feel more confident and optimistic about my own ability to build up my back long term than I was before seeing them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks me.
