The entire staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive and the PTs are all extremely knowledgeable and exceptional clinicians.  I’ve had chronic neck pain and coming here regularly for manual therapy and working on the Pilates Reformer have drastically improved my symptoms, mobility, and posture. Look no further if you’re looking for 10/10 PT!

My experience is that while his facility is not the fanciest, you get personalized attention at a fair price that fixes the problem quicker than others.  This is a better practice than most.

This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had.  The therapists are all caring and highly trained professional .  I would recommend this provider to anyone seeking comprehensive physical therapy.

From Delia, at the front desk, who is helpful and very competent, to Tessa who is a very well trained and gifted physical therapist, this is a place I would recommend to anyone in need of PT. While the place is small and not loaded with machines, the staff compensates for lacking a hi tech look and impressive gym. My work with Tessa was most helpful. She is clearly a pro with a lot of experience. She worked on my injured rotator cuff and gave me helpful exercises to do at home. I would return should this be necessary in the future.

I initially stumbled upon Gramercy after retriggering my lower back injury that I had been battling for 10+ years. I had been to many physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists to deal with my back pain and I was looking for a quick fix this time without much faith that they would help me long term. However, after the first session with Tessa, who carefully assessed me and provided immediate relief of pain, I decided to commit long term to my healing journey with Gramercy PT. Tessa was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable throughout our sessions. Delia made sure that all insurance related things were taken care of. After 5 months of working together, I can confidently say I am mostly free of pain - but more importantly, I feel more confident and optimistic about my own ability to build up my back long term than I was before seeing them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks me.
